I love to stay busy, I like to multitask. I also like to play call of duty and take on difficult challenges for fun (I did acquire the dark matter :))

I have ideas I am currently working on. The buzz words I am currently working on: python, django, docker, GCP, Heroku etc.


Why do I do

The voyage to uncertainty or eternity with end someday and somehow. Till then, the roads which lead me to that time has a lot to offer. Making memories is what keeps me loving what I do and how I do.

    Linked to Samsung Research and Development team, my job is to ensure the quality of the product is as accurate as it was intended to be. The carrier has its own demands and I make sure those are in compliance with the hardware and software. While new ideas may be implemented, it must also not conflict with set market standards and approvals. I ensure the usability of the product each time there is a change and my test results provide R&D important insights which are an important part of the product life-cycle.

    Helped customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store, online or Customer Care. Educated customers and clients of different types, helped them learn features and teach the best use of technology. Explored individual needs and provided hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store. Guided the customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers with expertise. Approached service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.

  • Project Controls

    Kilgore Industrial, Beaumont, TX, USA
    Led several projects from the scope to commissioning and start-up of the new investment ranging from 20 to 250 employees. Managed the “Learn by Benchmarking” project. Created opportunities for 10 change-leaders to travel to other facilities. These employees then returned to share best practices with peers. Introduced the best practice of Microsoft Project, Excel and Google Spreadsheet. Decentralized data storage, improved security and user access to important business documents and automate tasks which greatly reduced human error and manual paperwork.
