1. Onion, ginger, garlic paste
2. Add little salt then saute
3. Fry fish separately
4. Add warm water and make a gravy, take time, stir
5. Once satisfied, add slit open green chili
6. Add fish and cook in medium heat.
At step 1, add a little turmeric powder
